ASRW 2010 Names NACE, CARS Event Chairmen

The third annual Automotive Service & Repair Week – ASRW 2010 – announces that Jerry Burns, president and owner of Automotive Impressions, Inc., will return as the event chairman for the International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE), and Mitch Schneider, owner and operator of Schneider’s Automotive, will serve as the event chairman for the Congress of Automotive Repair & Service (CARS).

Each chairman is responsible for representing his segment of the industry and its respective show.

The ASRW 2010 events will take place Oct. 11-13 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas (no longer during AAIW). ASRW will now be a stand-alone event specifically created for all automotive service and repair professionals. The educational portion of the event is scheduled Oct. 10-13, a Sunday through Wednesday. The comprehensive exhibits will be open from Oct. 11-13, Monday through Wednesday.

ASRW features NACE, sponsored by the Automotive Service Association (ASA); CARS, also sponsored by ASA; as well as Auto Glass Week, dedicated to the automotive glass professional.
