Assured Performance Appoints New VP of National Certification and Network Development

Industry veteran Aaron Clark to help drive certification program.

Assured Performance Co-Op Network has appointed Aaron Clark as vice president of national certification and network development. Clark has worked in the automotive and collision repair industry for more than 25 years as a second generation body shop owner.

Before joining Assured Performance, Clark sold the five body shop operations he owned in the Indianapolis market to ABRA Auto Body & Glass. He has now relocated to Southern California, where he will work out of Assured Performance’s corporate headquarters in Irvine.

An active participant in the industry, Clark served as the SCRS chairman for the past two years and was a member of the SCRS Board of Directors for seven years. He was also the founder of the Indiana Auto Body Association (IABA), and served the state association as president for the first two years. He regularly participates at the Collision Industry Conference (CIC), and has served on several CIC committees. Clark also served on the Assured Performance Board of Directors for four years and was named Member of the Year in 2009.

“We are thrilled to have Aaron joining our executive team to work closely with our staff and member shops driving the certification program," said Scott Biggs, Assured Performance Network CEO. "He has the perfect background to help expand the impact and value of body shop certification for all involved.”

Added Clark, “This new position fully leverages my knowledge as a former shop owner and interests in the well-being of the collision industry. I am thrilled to help lead the team at Assured Performance and drive our national network to provide complete coverage of the U.S. with a certified shop in every community, better serving consumers across the nation.”
