Audatex Releases Quarterly Industry Trends Publication

Audatex offers a new, quarterly collision repair publication. The publication, Audatex Directions, provides vehicle insurers and collision repairers with in-depth trends and analysis on the auto physical damage market, as well as global best-practice processes that can be implemented locally, in both the U.S. and Canada.

Audatex is the North American subsidiary of Solera Holdings, Inc., an integrated group of automotive claims solutions companies.

Audatex Directions is available for download at www.audatex.us/audatexdirections, and the company is delivering it to customers electronically. The first issue highlights U.K. insurer Allianz Insurance plc and its unique approach to managing a direct-repair program, which Audatex says can be implemented in the U.S. and Canada. It also features collision repair and total loss trends data from North America, regulatory news, repairer information and industry updates.
