Auto Body Parts Association Launches Online Edition of Newsletter

Goal is to provide more frequent updates to members and share its message with a wide audience across the collision industry.

The Auto Body Parts Association (ABPA) announced it has launched an online edition of its association newsletter, Body Language. The site is also “mobile-friendly” for viewing on smart phones and tablets.

“Our goals in switching from a print version to an online newsletter are to provide more frequent updates to members, and to share our message with a wide audience across the collision industry. This includes body shops, distributors, insurers and the legislators who regulate collision repair both nationally and at the state level,” said ABPA Executive Director Ed Salamy.

The ABPA also announced that Bill McDonough, a veteran collision industry journalist, will be the new editor of Body Language. McDonough served as the editor and publisher of Damage Report for eight years, covering all aspects of the collision repair industry across New England.
