Automotive Industry’s Top Car Designers and Painters Join 3M “Salute to Freedom” at SEMA

The 3M “Salute to Freedom” speed shapes will be auctioned at SEMA to benefit the 3M Hire Our Heroes program, which provides tool grants and scholarships to veterans and their family members to pursue careers in the collision repair industry.

3M Automotive Aftermarket Division announced it will feature a special 3M “Salute to Freedom” Showcase sponsored by 3M PPS Accuspray at this year’s SEMA Show at booth no. 61027 in the outside front lot. The speed shapes feature custom-designed paint schemes honoring the nation’s military members and are painted by the automotive industry’s top car designers and painters, including Chip Foose, Charley Hutton, Mark Oja, Rich Evans, KandyNChrome, Lugo Customs, Martin Brothers Customs, Coast Airbrush, Xecution Style, House of Kolor and West Coast Customs.

The 3M “Salute to Freedom” speed shapes will be auctioned at SEMA to benefit the 3M Hire Our Heroes program, which provides tool grants and scholarships to veterans and their family members to pursue careers in the collision repair industry. SEMA attendees will have an opportunity to bid on the 3M “Salute to Freedom” speed shapes throughout the week. The auction will close at the end of Thursday’s show, and winners will be notified to make their donations final by Friday at 9 a.m., either online by donating at www.Collisionrepairfoundation.org or by check at the 3M booth, made out to the Collision Repair Education Foundation.
