On Feb. 21, the Automotive Service Association will present “In-House Moneymakers,” a webinar on pre- and post-repair diagnostic scanning.
Scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. Central time, the webinar will cover:
- Pre- and post-scan test procedures and the importance of the tests when interacting with your customers, insurance adjusters and in your business
- Step-by-step instructions on the “all-systems test” procedure for diagnostic trouble codes and how to prepare, save, share, email and print the reports on Bosch scan tools
- How to “customize” pre- and post-scan test reports to your business and the important information captured within the reports
