BASF Redefines Partnership with FinishMaster

BASF Automotive Refinish U.S. has redefined an element of its relationship with fulfillment partner FinishMaster to include e-commerce.

BASF has long offered e-commerce capabilities to its customers through its Web site and will continue to do so. However, over the next several weeks, BASF will transition some of its customers to FinishMaster’s e-commerce site.

“This expanded arrangement brings the strong relationship between BASF and FinishMaster to a new level of partnership and mutual benefit,” said Chuck Soeder, business director of automotive refinish and industrial coatings.

The transition of some e-commerce customers from BASF to FinishMaster begins immediately and allows BASF to broaden its product and service offerings to customers. In addition, customers will continue to enjoy excellent products, pricing and service through FinishMaster’s, while continuing to experience the finish and color-matching expertise they expect from BASF.
