BASF Refinish Announces Schedule Change for its SEMA Events

BASF Automotive Refinish Solutions announced that it will exhibit at the 2009 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, Nov. 3-6 in Las Vegas, Nevada, in booth 21442. Previously announced appearance times for Chip Foose and Peter Klut have changed.

BASF will showcase paints from its Glasurit and R-M automotive refinish systems. Chip Foose, nationally known automotive designer and owner of Foose Design, will be on hand to promote the his Foose Signature Line of BASF Colors available in R-M solventborne basecoat and Glasurit waterborne basecoat.

On Tuesday Nov. 3, at 9 a.m., Klut, host of television show, “Dream Car Garage,” and Foose will unveil the 1970 Super Cuda that has been restored on air during the 2009 season of “Dream Car Garage” (www.dreamcargarage.com). Klut will be available for an autograph session directly following the press conference. The appearance originally was scheduled for 11:10 a.m.

Chip Foose, host of “Overhaulin’,” will be in the BASF booth for an appearance and autograph session to promote the Foose Signature Colors he designed for BASF on Thursday, Nov. 5 from 10-11 a.m.

In addition to the Dream Car Garage Super Cuda, BASF is featuring three additional cars: a Mitch Henderson 2010 Camaro, a Ring Bros. Ford Fairlane and a Stillen Nissan GT-R Targa.
