BASF Refinish is gearing up for the NORTHEAST 2018 Automotive Services Show, which takes place March 16-18 in Secaucus, N.J.
The automotive refinish paint company will be the platinum sponsor, and will have a booth on the show floor featuring its latest offerings.
“Our booth will highlight the power of BASF as a leader in the refinish industry, as well as the OEM industry,” said Jane Niemi, BASF market sector manager. “BASF has a unique position in automotive because we support the car from production to repair. This gives BASF the knowledge for the most accurate repair procedures, and the finest products for exactly the right refinish.”
KC Mathieu will be at the BASF booth (No. 227) to discuss KC’s Custom Colors, the R-M paint line that consists of seven shades of black with just a touch of color. Mathieu and BASF launched the paint line at the 2017 SEMA Show.
In addition, Jonathan Goolsby will have the Goolsby Customs 1940 convertible, highlighting the custom color he created with BASF color experts through the Color Ideation process.
BASF will host an invitation-only, informal student meet-and-greet on Friday, March 16, with Mathieu, Goolsby and Troy Spackman from Legacy Innovations. They will be available to answer questions on their builds, working with BASF and their experiences in the industry.
