BASF VisionPLUS University Classes Receive I-CAR Approval

The classes approved include: Paint Department Productivity; Organizational Structure; Deliver Complete Customer Satisfaction; Get The Keys; and Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Planning Session.

BASF has announced that five of its training classes offered through its education program, VisionPLUS University (VPU), have been approved for inclusion in the I-CAR Industry Training Alliance. The five classes are:

  • Paint Department Productivity
  • Organizational Structure
  • Deliver Complete Customer Satisfaction
  • Get The Keys
  • Advanced Process Solutions (APS) Planning Session

These courses join the list of the six VPU courses already approved:

  • Measuring & Improving Performance
  • Maximizing Your Estimating Performance
  • Marketing and Insurer Relations
  • Advanced Production Management
  • Estimating for Profit
  • Paint and Material Profitability

“The I-CAR approval of our VisionPLUS University courses enhances the accessibility for our collision shop businesses to obtain I-CAR credit hours,” said BASF VisionPLUS Program Manager Craig Seelinger. “This approval reinforces BASF’s commitment to training for our customers and makes it easier for shops to reach and maintain their I-CAR Gold and Platinum status. With these additions, BASF now offers 11 different courses that are I-CAR approved.”
