BodyShop Business Conference Lining Up Industry Heavyweights for Educational Sessions

BodyShop Business has selected industry heavyweights John Sweigart and Hank Nunn, among others, to present educational sessions on lean manufacturing and smart business strategies for the 2010 BodyShop Business Conference.

The conference, which has the theme of “Succeeding Through Change,” will be held at the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites in downtown Indianapolis Sept. 17-18.

Another notable speaker is Nicki Lock, a social media expert who will assist shops in maximizing the free marketing opportunities that exist on Facebook, Twitter and other social networking websites.

Other topics the educational presentations will cover include: vehicle technology, marketing, waterborne/low-VOC basecoats, financials, succession planning, hiring, protecting your private data and more.

As rapidly as the collision repair industry is changing, repairers need the tools and education to surge ahead or else get left behind. The BodyShop Business Conference is the event repairers must attend this year to define themselves as leaders dedicated to evolving into sophisticated profit machines that produce quality repairs and happy customers.
