Body Shop Business Contributing Editor Hank Nunn will instruct two programs at the upcoming KOI Cavalcade of Customs Training Expo on Jan. 11 and 12, 2013, at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. "Back to Basics – Sales" and "Back to Basics – Understanding Your Financials" will be offered on both Friday and Saturday of the show.
