Brown’s Collision Center, based at Bentonville, Ark., was recently awarded the 2010-2011 Arkansas Shop of the Year Award by Farmer’s Insurance Co. The award was given in recognition of Brown’s outstanding customer service, quality of workmanship and their dedication and involvement in the local community and charities.
Brown’s Collision Center was established in 1954 by Kenneth Brown, Keith’s late father. Keith Brown, CEO, has owned and operated the business for the past 36 years with his wife Elizabeth, co-owner and CFO.
An awards ceremony was held April 21 with Gregg Bugg, Farmers Atlantic Division supervisor, and Kent Snider, Farmers Arkansas COD Direct Repair field consultant, presenting the award, along with many Farmers Agents in attendance.
