Cal State Auto Group Selects Mitchell as Key Provider of Physical Damage Solutions

Mitchell International, Inc., today announced that
California State Auto Group, a provider of AAA-branded insurance in 23 states
and the District of Columbia, has selected Mitchell as its long-term provider
of appraisal and total loss valuation solutions.

As a key term of this agreement, the California State
Auto Group will implement Mitchell WorkCenter Total Loss. WorkCenter Total Loss
was developed in conjunction with customer satisfaction and vehicle pricing
expert J.D. Power and Associates.

"Mitchell has been our long-term provider of appraisal
solutions, and we’re excited to now implement Mitchell’s total loss
solution," said Joe Tonkovich, manager of claims consulting for the
California State Auto Group. "After an extensive evaluation, we selected
WorkCenter Total Loss because we found that the solution provides accurate,
transparent, market-driven vehicle values that consumers trust and readily
accept."
