Caliber Collision Centers Enters Denver Market

Acquisition of three Hank's Auto Body locations pushes total national store count to 129.

Caliber Collision Centers announced that it has acquired three Hank’s Auto Body locations in the greater Denver market. The acquisition represents 80,000 square feet of collision repair facilities in Denver, Littleton and Wheat Ridge.

“Caliber’s acquisition of Hank’s Auto Body locations in the Denver market represents Caliber’s continued commitment to expand into the Southwestern U.S.,” said Caliber CEO Steve Grimshaw. “After getting to know Vince Vecchiarelli and his team in Colorado, it became very apparent that their culture is a perfect fit with Caliber’s customer service focus centered on our employees.”
