Since Grimshaw took the reins in 2009, Caliber Collision has grown from 68 locations to 412 centers in 16 states and the District of Columbia, and the number of teammates has grown from 2,100 to 9,000 today.

Under Grimshaw’s leadership, Caliber Collision’s philanthropic efforts have been woven into the Caliber culture. These efforts include an annual Rhythm Restoration Food Drive which will collect in excess of three million meals this year for children in need of nutritious food while they’re out of school over the summer months, and the Recycled Rides program in which more than 120 vehicles have been donated to military veterans and families in need.
