CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts is adding to its list of collision repair shops in the North Carolina with the addition of CARSTAR AW Golden.

The business has been owned and operated by the Golden family since 1919. It’s currently run by Kathryn Goodman, who serves as company president, and her husband, Larry. The husband and wife team have been working together since 1989. The shop is located at the intersection of Route 61 at the Route 12 bypass in Muhlenberg Township.

“CARSTAR offers us the strength of over 400 shops,” said Larry. “It also gives us the ability to negotiate and get better rates with the insurance companies that we would have not otherwise been able to do on our own.”

CARSTAR AW Golden has 70,000 square feet under one roof. They are an I-CAR Gold collision repair facility. The shop is set up to perform repairs on all makes and models of cars and trucks. The shop employs the latest in not only collision repair technology, but also offers maintenance and detailing services.

“Kate and Larry Goodman have a great history of quality work and top-level customer satisfaction,” said Michael Macaluso, president, CARSTAR North America. “We are happy to have them join CARSTAR and look forward to helping their business grow alongside the more than 450 locations throughout North America.”
