CARSTAR Names Top Insurance Award Winners

Shops identified for outstanding achievements in estimating, length of rental and customer satisfaction.

CARSTAR shop owners gathered recently in New Orleans for the annual CARSTAR Conference, where the top performers from across the U.S. were honored.

In today’s market, meeting the high demands of the insurance industry is essential to the success of any shop. CARSTAR has invested numerous resources to not only increase the number of direct repair programs (DRPs) to its growing network, but also assure that individual shop owners have the skills, resources and training necessary to meet and exceed the benchmarks set by the industry.

The 2016 CARSTAR Insurance Award winners have gone above and beyond their goals to deliver in these key categories. They include:

Estimating Accuracy

CARSTAR Grove Collision Center – Lemon Grove, Calif.

Length of Rental

CARSTAR Wilson Green Bay West – Green Bay, Wis.

Customer Satisfaction

CARSTAR Crystal Lenexa – Lenexa, Kan.

“To have great relationships with the insurance industry, we have to achieve great results for their customers, who are also our customers,” said Arlo Johnson, vice president, Insurance for CARSTAR North America. “Shops throughout the entire CARSTAR network have done a phenomenal job in delivering industry leading results.”
