CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts announced the opening of two new CARSTAR locations in Missouri.

With the new stores, CARSTAR now has 12 locations in the St. Louis area.

Jon and Trista Parmentier own both new stores: CARSTAR Wentzville and CARSTAR Bridgeton. CARSTAR Wentzville previously operated as family-owned I-70 Auto Body for 23 years, while CARSTAR Bridgeton opened in 1968 as Wheelers Certified Collision Center.

Jon Parmentier purchased the Wentzville location in 2005 and the Bridgeton facility in 2013.

“With the collision repair industry changing at the fastest pace ever seen, we felt it was going to be difficult as small, independent shop owners to compete with the MSOs in the future with building insurance relationships and to keep up with technology of today’s vehicles on our own,” said Jon Parmentier. “We looked at several franchise options and felt CARSTAR stood out above the rest with their complete package of services to help the independent small owners in a very competitive marketplace not only survive in the future but to thrive and to be more profitable.”

The CARSTAR Wentzville location features 12,500 square feet, a warm and friendly customer area and convenient location on busy I-70.

CARSTAR Bridgeton is conveniently located near Lambert International Airport and has been a fixture of the Bridgeton community for 50 years.

The Parmentiers are active in the community as sponsors and committee members for the Wentzville School District, Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club.

“We continue to expand our presence in Missouri and are proud to welcome CARSTAR Wentzville and CARSTAR Bridgeton and owners Jon and Trista Parmentier to our CARSTAR family,” said Michael Macaluso, president of CARSTAR North America. “We have a long history in this region, and look forward to continuing to provide the highest-quality collision repairs and excellent customer service for drivers in St. Louis.”
