Carubba Collision Corp. Donates $10,000 to Local Food Bank

Donation will provide 560 turkeys to families in need this Thanksgiving.

BodyShop BusinessCarubba Collision Corp. has announced that its president, Joe Carubba, presented a $10,000 check to the Food Bank of Western New York on Nov. 17 in Buffalo, N.Y.

The money donated was raised through the 2nd Annual Carubba Collision Golf Classic Tournament, which was held this past August.

“Thanks to the tremendous support we received from our sponsors and participants of our golf tournament this year, we are thrilled to present this check, which will provide 560 turkeys to families in need in our community this Thanksgiving,” said Joe Carubba.

Added Marylou Borowiak, CEO of the Food Bank of Western New York, “We are so appreciative of receiving this wonderful donation again from the Carubba Collision Golf Classic. Joe Carubba has been a great supporter of the Food Bank’s mission, and his team is thanked for putting a Thanksgiving turkey on the table of 560 local families in need.”
