Carubba Collision Expands Operation with Opening of New Central New York Facility

Carubba Collision now has eight locations with 11 production facilities throughout Western New York.

Joseph Carubba, president and CEO of Carubba Collision Corp., announced that Carubba Collision has continued its expansion in New York State with the official opening of their newest shop in Syracuse, N.Y., on April 22, 2015.

Carubba Collision’s new operation is located at 7313 Northern Blvd. at the corner of East Taft in Syracuse, N.Y. Yves Pierre Luis, who has been with Carubba Collision in Buffalo for eight years, will be the Syracuse store manager. Besides his experience in body shop operations, Luis brings an extensive background in the hospitality industry.

“Our expansion into the Syracuse market is a very exciting opportunity for our company,” said Carubba Collision Corp. President and CEO Joe Carubba. “It is our desire to bring that same high level of quality auto body service to the Central New York region that our customers have enjoyed for so many years in Western New York.”

The new location will eventually employ more than 30 people. It will have an Enterprise Rent-A-Car operation on site, as well as multiple insurance companies to handle all customer claims.

“The initial investment in our new Syracuse location is over $2 million,” said Carubba.

Future plans call for Carubba Collision to invest in other sites and expand operations even further in the Central New York area.

This past November, Carubba Collision increased its footprint in Western New York by adding three new operations and locations. They now have eight locations with 11 production facilities.
