CCC Featured Guest on Next CREW Webcast

Collision Repair Executive Webcast (CREW) has announced that the special guests for the Thursday, July 23rd session will be three representatives of CCC Information Services Inc.: Jim Dickens, general manager and senior vice president of the Automotive Services Group, Susanna Gotsch, director/industry analyst, and Mark Fincher, vice president of market solutions.

Dickens, Gotsch and Fincher will provide insight into the challenges and opportunities facing repairers and insurers, technology’s impact on the industry and CCC’s vision for the future. The information presented will be further developed and enhanced through questions posed by CREW Webcast founders Vincent Romans (The Romans Group), Matthew Ohrnstein (Symphony Advisors) and Eric Bickett (Fix Auto).

CREW is designed to provide collision repair, automobile insurance and the auto physical damage aftermarket industry professionals with high-level, topical information about rapidly changing trends and dynamics within these industries. The delivery format includes a Web-based visual presentation, a simultaneous audio conference call and the capability for participants to question presenters.
