CCC TRUE Parts Network to Integrate Pinnacle Professional Automotive Recycling Software

Integration will seamlessly connect automotive recyclers with collision repair customers for electronic quoting, procurement and invoicing of recycled parts.

CCC Information Services (CCC) announces that it has signed an agreement with Actual Systems of America (ASA) to integrate the company’s Pinnacle Professional automotive recycling software with CCC’s parts-supplier solution, CCC TRUE Parts Network.

The integration between the two solutions will create a seamless connection between recyclers using Pinnacle Professional and CCC’s expansive base of collision repair customers for electronic quoting, procurement and invoicing of recycled parts. CCC collision repair customers write more than 10 million repair orders each year and purchase billions of dollars in parts annually.

“ASA has developed impressive recycler management software that has become the backbone of many yards across the country,” said Jim Dickens, GM, CCC Parts Services Group. “We’re excited to work with ASA to bring their customers a solution that integrates sales and invoicing capabilities into their existing workflow, while creating a direct connection between Pinnacle Professional customers and an active buying community of collision repairers who seek an easy, efficient way to purchase recycled parts.”

Added Peter Bishop, managing director for ASA, “The integration between Pinnacle Professional and the CCC TRUE Parts Network will strengthen our footprint within the industry and bring new and innovative solutions to benefit Pinnacle users and the recycling community. This integration will be a significant step in closing the gap between collision repairers, insurers and recyclers by providing seamless, direct access to recycled parts. With CCC as the leading provider of sophisticated software solutions for collision repairers and insurers coupled with Pinnacle’s progressive user base, we believe that this integration will be a game changer for the industry.”
