Chief Automotive Technologies Redesigns Website

New site features distinct yet easily accessible sections for Chief, Elektron and Chief University for quick navigation.

Chief Automotive Technologies has announced the redesign of its website.

The new chiefautomotive.com features distinct yet easily accessible sections for Chief, Elektron and Chief University so users can quickly navigate between measuring/pulling equipment, vehicle repair data, welders and training content.

“With this redesign, we have seamlessly integrated all segments of our collision repair equipment, specification data and training business,” said Bob Holland, director of collision in North and South America for Chief parent company Vehicle Service Group (VSG). “The website update makes it easier to find information about the wide variety of products and training we offer. The new site works better for our customers and does so while being more visually appealing.”

The new homepage highlights new equipment with large photos. Chief’s recent news releases are posted so users can stay up to date with all the latest product introductions and updates. The homepage also includes a featured video and an overview of Chief’s frame racks, anchoring systems and pulling accessories.

Links across the top of the site lead to landing pages for each brand’s product lines. The Chief portion of the website has landing pages for computerized measuring, frame racks, parts and accessories, vehicle specifications and tools for aluminum repair. The Elektron portion of the website includes new pages covering spot welders, MIG/MAG welders, aluminum welders, plasma cutters and the MultiTool workstation. Content for the company’s training arm, Chief University, has been expanded and organized under its own tab where technicians, estimators and appraisers can learn more about each class and register. There is also a link to the Chassis Liner website.

Many of the individual product pages incorporate new photos and expanded content, including basic instructions for each tool. Product-specific videos are included on these pages, as are accessory lists and downloadable user manuals.
