Enterprise Rent-A-Car and CynCast Inc., two companies with a history of using CIECA BMS messages to facilitate integration within the collision industry, will conduct a webinar to present the use of standardized repair status messages to create efficiencies, consistency and increased performance across multiple stakeholders involved with the claims settlement process. The webinar will take place Tuesday, Oct. 8 from 11 a.m. to noon CDT.
A discussion related to rental status, repair status updates and customer notifications will provide real-world examples of systems and processes that are currently benefitting from CIECA standards, and will inform the audience of the opportunities standardized repair status communication offers, according to the companies.
