CIF Announces 2nd Annual Gala Fundraiser in Conjunction with SEMA and CIC

The Collision Industry Foundation (CIF) has announced the Second Annual Gala Fundraiser to benefit its current charitable initiatives. On Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Las Vegas Hilton in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Foundation will host guests for dessert, drinks, a silent auction and live music by Total Loss, starring industry members Rod Enlow and Rick Tuuri.

Held in conjunction with the SEMA Show, the event will help publicize and support the leading initiative of the CIF: Crash Hunger, a joint donation and volunteer project to combat hunger in the USA. During the month of January, members of the collision industry will be asked to donate their time at local food banks.

CIF also is looking for items for its silent auction to be held at the fundraiser: events, vacations, gift certificates, electronics and any other donated item would be accepted. Donors do not have to bring the gift to Las Vegas, and CIF will prepare the promotional piece describing the donation and its value. Click here to download the donation form.

"It’s hard for many families to make ends meet in these economic times," said Bill Shaw, CIF chair. "So, it is important for us to give back to the community by providing for those who have been hit the hardest. This event raises awareness of not only the Collision Industry Foundation, but these important needs that we can help with."
