Claims Process is Next CREW Webcast Topic

The guest speakers for the upcoming Collision Repair Executive Webcast (CREW) will be J.D. Power and Associates Senior Director of Insurance Practice Jeremy Bowler and Senior Research Manager of Insurance Practice Mark Garrett. Bowler and Garrett will present a summary overview of the results of their annual insurance industry customer satisfaction study, “Improving Customer Satisfaction in the Claims Process.”

The free Webcast will be live at 11 a.m. PST Thursday, Nov. 20.

Fix Auto hosts CREW, and each episode highlights topical, high-level industry information, as well as a special guest presenter. The delivery format includes a web-based visual presentation of the content, a simultaneous audio conference call and the capability for participants to question the presenters.
