Classic Body Worx Wins Farmers’ Facility of the Year Award for Pennsylvania

The award is based on a variety of factors, including: quality of repairs; service quality; referral of facility; cycle time; and touch time.

Additional factors include being a “good business partner” who shows cooperation and innovation, friendliness and professionalism, goes above and beyond, shows a commitment to Farmers and maintains a nice facility appearance.

“Their results have always been consistent, with an average overall cycle time of 4.4 hours per day and combined customer service score of 96.39 percent,” said David Iannelli, COD coordinator for Farmers. “[Owner Joe Pellegrini] and his entire staff always do an exceptional job with the repairs and our customers. They all take ownership of all their claims and have created a culture of employees who truly care about the work they perform. In general, their behaviors mirror what we as a company embrace. They treat everyone with respect and dignity. As a group, they work well together and communicate clearly with everyone involved in the business, including the customers. They care about our business, their business and the customers equally. They have always embraced our program and do everything they can to help make it the premier direct repair program in the market today.”
