Classic Collision Expands to North Carolina

Classic Collision has entered North Carolina with the acquisition of Certified Collision Services in Matthews and Monroe, N.C.

Classic Collision, LLC, announced it has entered North Carolina with the acquisition of Certified Collision Services (CCS) in Matthews and Monroe, N.C. Classic Collision now operates a total of 155 repair centers in Alabama, Alaska, California, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington.

The goal of CCS is to provide the “Mercedes-Benz showroom” experience to its customers with superior attention to detail and quality workmanship. The team has done just that and will continue under this new ownership.

“We are excited for Classic Collision to carry on what our company started, which is to produce high-quality repairs and customer service,” said Mark Tantillo, former owner of CCS, which was represented by FOCUS Investment Banking in the transaction.

“We are enthusiastic about entering this new state with a company like Certified Collision Services,” said Toan Nguyen, CEO of Classic Collision. “As we move into this new market, we also welcome the entire Certified Collision teams to the Classic Collision family.”
