Collision Industry Conference Seeking Feedback on Industry Issues

The Collision Industry Conference (CIC) is inviting everyone in the collision repair industry to partcipate in a short online survey that will guide the direction of the CIC over the upcoming year.

The online survey, which asks participants to detail the top three issues affecting their segment of the industry, is open to anyone, CIC member or not.

“The Conference provides the industry with a forum where all collision industry stakeholders can come together to discuss pressing issues, build understanding across segments and seek consensus on potential solutions to communicate to the industry at-large,” said CIC Chairman Russell Thrall III. “This survey is the opportunity for the industry to provide direct input to the Collision Industry Conference.”

Every year, the CIC uses its January planning session to determine the direction and agenda for its committees. The group uses the feedback it receives from this survey to guide the planning session.

“Given the dramatic challenges many industry participants are facing in the current economic climate across the U.S., it’s crucial that we receive input from the industry as we prepare for the coming year,” added Thrall. “I ask that stakeholders from the collision industry take a few minutes to complete the survey to assist the conference and its many volunteer committee members and participants.”

The planning session is scheduled for Jan. 14-16 in Scottsdale, Ariz.
