John Eaves Jr., the lawyer who represents Mississippi collision repairers who filed an injunction against State Farm, and John E. Mosley, one of the plaintiffs and owner of Clinton Body Shop in Clinton, Miss., will be traveling around the U.S. to educate collision repairers about fighting against mandated parts procurement programs.
The injunction was filed in August of last year with the goal of prohibiting the insurer from forcing any Mississippi shop to use PartsTrader. By traveling the country, Eaves and Mosley hope to inform the industry of their efforts and answer any questions concerning parts procurement and recovering short pays.
