CSi Complete Approves DuPont ProfitNet Management System

DuPont Performance Coatings (DPC) announced that CSi Complete has approved the ProfitNet shop management system to interface with CSi Complete, allowing shops to automatically upload their customer information from the ProfitNet Management System directly to CSi Complete.

The interface provides the customer information needed to conduct the customer satisfaction survey on behalf of the collision repair facility and eliminates the need for collision repair facilities to manually send this data to CSi Complete, the company says.

“This latest interface with CSi Complete is another enhancement to ProfitNet that provides key information exchange with industry partners so together we can help our mutual collision center customers lower their administrative workload,” said Tom McGarry, services manager – DPC Information Technology. “DuPont Performance Coatings and our partner YADA Systems are dedicated to enhancing ProfitNet with the latest technology to lower shops’ administrative costs by minimizing redundant computer tasks and providing a management solution that is affordable, easy to use and communicates with key industry software applications.”

“This is a simple, efficient and secure way to communicate the necessary information to perform the customer follow-up on behalf of the repair facility,” said John Webb, CSi Complete senior vice president of marketing and new business. “This tool and functionality also more firmly establishes the relationship between our companies, which can be used to produce service enhancements for our mutual customers in the future.”

The interface has been tested and is ready for implementation at shops nationwide.
