David Merrell has assumed a new and expanded role with CSi Complete as vice president of Sales and Service. In a related promotion, Mary Howard has been named manager of customer service.
Merrell has been in the collision repair and claims industry for more than eight years. He participates in many organizations and acts as a board member for the National Auto Body Council (NABC).
“I appreciate the opportunity to expand my role within the company and look forward to finding new and innovative ways of providing value to our customers,” he said.
Merrell replaces Erich Keller, who left the company to pursue other opportunities.
“Our goal is to continue the tradition of offering our customers the best CSI program in the industry,” said John Webb, CSi Complete senior vice president. “It is challenging to replace a valued employee like Erich, but we are confident our customers will be pleased with David’s responsiveness, and our team is excited to grow in new directions under his leadership.”
