Customer Satisfaction Index Next CREW Webcast Topic

Collision Repair Executive Webcast (CREW) will present the next edition of the CREW Webcast at 11 a.m. PDT, April 16. A panel of experts will discuss “CSI Issues, Challenges and Opportunities: Where Are We Today and Where Do We Go From Here?”

On this month’s CREW Webcast, we will discuss customer satisfaction with a panel of experts including John Webb, senior vice president of CSI Complete, Inc.; Randy Hansen, director, Allstate Insurance; Rollie Benjamin, CEO of ABRA Auto Body and Glass, Inc.; Jason Bertellotti, senior vice president of Mitchell International, Inc.; Doug Kelly, president of CynCast, Inc.; and Fred Iantorno, executive director of CIECA.

Customer satisfaction is a critical success factor for automobile insurance companies and collision repairers. Measuring and acting upon customer satisfaction survey results enable insurers to improve policyholder retention and manage their collision repair direct repair networks. Collision repairers use customer satisfaction indexing to improve business processes, evaluate employees and develop devoted customers.

There is no cost to participate in CREW, but prior registration is required. For more information, call (714) 279-2023 or visit www.crewwebcast.com.
