DuPont Announces 2011 Custom Finishes Appearance Schedule

DuPont Performance Coatings has released the schedule of appearances at national custom car shows, pinstriping affairs and other such events in the United States for 2011.  

Each display will feature a variety of custom artwork and vehicles constructed by well-known builders and car enthusiasts. The custom finishes offering includes: DuPont Cromax Pro Waterborne Basecoats, DuPont Hot Hues Custom Finishes and DuPont ChromaPremier paint products. DuPont Cromax Pro conforms to the strict low-VOC standards of Southern California and other parts of the United States that limit emissions of volatile organic compounds.  

The 2011 DuPont Custom Finishes appearance schedule follows:

January 28-30 – Grand National Roadster Show – Pomona, Calif.

February 18-20 – World of Wheels “Legends of Pinstriping” – Milwaukee, Wis.

April 1-3 – Goodguys Del Mar Nationals – Del Mar, Calif.

June 4-5 – Goodguys Summer Get-Together – Pleasanton, Calif.

July 8-10 – Goodguys Nationals – Columbus, Ohio

July 15-17 – Right Coast Nationals – Syracuse, N.Y.

August 3-7 – NSRA Street Rod Nationals – Louisville, Ky.

August 26-28 – Goodguys West Coat Nationals – Pleasanton, Calif.

Oct 7-9    - Goodguys Lone Star Nationals – Fort Worth, Texas

Nov 19-26 – San Francisco Auto Show – San Francisco, Calif.

December 2-4 – U.S. Sign Council Show – Atlantic City, N.J.

In addition to the scheduled shows, DuPont will also participate in several regional and local airbrush and pinstriping events.

DuPont representatives will be available to assist with color selection, the use of waterborne technology or any other finishing questions about your custom build or restoration project. DuPont works in partnership with its jobber network to provide paint support. Many of the 2011 shows will be hosted by DuPont Performance Coatings’ jobbers.
