DuPont Custom Finishes Donates Product to PowerBlock “Search & Restore” TV Series

DuPont Custom Finishes
supplied the paint used on the featured vehicle in the new PowerBlock TV show
series, "Search & Restore," which premieres May 7 on Spike TV.

"Search & Restore" was created for viewers
in response to inquiries to help rescue unfinished projects, classic
collectables and family treasures. After receiving nearly 70,000 story and photo submissions, "Search
& Restore" is PowerBlock’s answer to resurrect dreams of rebuilding
their cherished vehicles and bring hope back into the lives of those in need of
a helping hand. Series host Tim
Strange collaborates with the entire PowerBlock crew and volunteer teams to
tackle the jobs that inspire us all.

No stranger to the custom industry himself, Tim Strange
is the builder of custom rods in his business, Strange Motion Rod & Custom
Construction, Cambridge, Ill. Strange has used DuPont Custom Finishes products for the past decade on
many of the builds that have won numerous industry accolades and awards.

DuPont Custom Finishes features an array of special two-
and three-stage custom colors and OEM colors in solvent-based and DuPont
