Enterprise Rent-A-Car Approves DuPont ProfitNet Management System to Interface with its ARMS Website

DuPont Performance Coatings (DPC) announces that Enterprise Rent-A-Car has approved the ProfitNet shop management system to interface with its Automated Rental Management (ARMS) website, allowing shops to automatically upload their RO data status information from the ProfitNet Management System directly into the ARMS website.

The interface provides key data regarding the vehicle repair projected completion date, projected delivery date changes and reasons for change. This unique interface eliminates the need for collision shops to manually update this data into the Enterprise ARMS website while also minimizing the thousands of phone calls Enterprise makes to shops each week following up on the status of their rental cars.

“This latest interface with Enterprise Rent-A-Car is another enhancement to ProfitNet that provides key information exchange with industry partners so together we can help our mutual collision center customers lower their administrative workload,” said Tom McGarry, services manager – DPC Information Technology. “DuPont Performance Coatings and our partner YADA Systems are dedicated to enhancing ProfitNet with the latest technology to lower shops’ administrative costs by minimizing redundant computer tasks and providing a management solution that is affordable, easy to use and communicates with key industry software applications.”

“We are pleased to partner with DuPont Performance Coatings to help our body shop partners operate more efficiently,” said Jon Faris, corporate account manager – Enterprise Rent-A-Car. “This new interface with ProfitNet lets shops focus on what they do best – collision repair – rather than handling administrative tasks related to car rental.”

Faris added that the compatibility of ProfitNet with the CynCast technology that powers Enterprise’s ARMS technology was a key factor in approving the interface.
