Enterprise Rent-A-Car Partners with CARSTAR as Preferred Car Rental Provider

Through the partnership, CARSTAR is able to leverage Enterprise’s network of neighborhood car rental locations and Automated Rental Management System (ARMS) applications.

CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts has selected Enterprise Rent-A-Car as its preferred car rental partner throughout the U.S.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand is part of the world’s largest car rental provider, and with more than 5,500 fully staffed airport and neighborhood offices located within 15 miles of 90 percent of the U.S. population, is ideally positioned to provide replacement rentals to consumers throughout the country.

Through the partnership, CARSTAR is able to leverage Enterprise’s network of neighborhood car rental locations, its low-mileage, well-maintained vehicles and its Automated Rental Management System (ARMS) applications for customers in need of reliable transportation while their vehicles are being repaired.

“Enterprise has partnered with collision repair centers and insurance companies for more than 50 years to help customers whose cars have been damaged or stolen,” said Mary Mahoney, vice president, Insurance Replacement for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. “Partnerships with organizations like CARSTAR are important to Enterprise’s success in the replacement rental segment and further complement our collaborations with insurance companies. We look forward to strengthening our role within the collision repair industry as the preferred car rental partner to the CARSTAR network and its customers.”

Added CARSTAR CEO David Byers, “We are focused on providing the highest level of customer service, and one critical element of that is getting them back on the road to work and their families in a quality rental car. Partnering with Enterprise Rent-A-Car allows us to provide world-class rental car service to our customers and our store owners.”
