Erie Insurance Donates $10,000 to Collision Repair Education Foundation

Donation will assist in supporting high school and college collision school programs, instructors and students across the country.

Erie Insurance has donated $10,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation to assist in supporting high school and college collision school programs, instructors and students across the country.

“We are pleased to be able to assist the Education Foundation in their valuable work supporting America’s youth that may wish to take up a career in vehicle repair,” said Jim Brown, vice president of material damage claims for Erie Insurance. “This helps the repair and insurance industries and our mutual customers.”

Added Collision Repair Education Foundation Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode, “I would like to thank Erie Insurance’s continued support of the Collision Repair Education Foundation as it’s only through the industry’s support can we take an active role in helping to ensure high school and college collision school programs graduate well-trained and capable collision students who are ready for entry-level employment. Erie Insurance’s support over the last 20 years has allowed us to work towards that goal.”
