Fix Auto USA announced it has welcomed three new associates – Ryan Ness, Mary Ellen Ortiz and Ana Itzel Velasco – to its team. Ness, Ortiz and Velasco will fill newly created roles to help further advance Fix Auto USA’s vision.
“At Fix Auto USA, we’ve always made it a point to invest in our business so that we’re positioned for success in the future,” said Paul Gange, president and CEO of Fix Auto USA. “Ryan, Mary Ellen and Ana Itzel are in roles that will help us do that and also identify opportunities where we can drive value on behalf of our network of high performing locations. On behalf of the entire Fix Auto USA family, we welcome our new team members and look forward to their professional growth and contributions.”

Ness, a seasoned insurance manager, has assumed the role of director of MSO insurer relations. Ness joins Fix Auto USA after more than a decade with GEICO, where he held the position of regional auto damage manager for the last eight years. His responsibilities at GEICO included overseeing collision repairs in Southern California and managing DRP and vendor relationships and GEICO’s appraiser training program for Alaska, California and Hawaii. In his role at Fix Auto USA, Ness will utilize his insurance operations background along with his understanding of insurance carriers’ needs to develop relationships with insurers that will bring meaningful value to Fix Auto USA’s franchise locations. Ness will report directly to Dennis O’Mahoney, vice president of business development for Fix Auto USA.

Ortiz has assumed the role of creative marketing assistant, where she will focus her time on supporting the graphic and visual needs for Fix Auto USA and its growing network. Ortiz comes to Fix Auto USA after several years as a college student, where she pursued her passion of graphic design and branding. She will report directly to Jonathan Herrera, marketing manager for Fix Auto USA.

Velasco has assumed the role of onboarding specialist, where she will focus on the successful integration of new franchise locations to the Fix Auto USA family. Previously, Velasco spent six years in the automotive industry where she held various positions at a San Diego car dealership. She will report directly to Lesa Laird, senior director of client services for Fix Auto USA.
