Employees at Fenders Collision USA in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., recently honored Howard Walter, who was killed in the Afghanistan War 11 years ago, by repairing the car of his wife Melissa’s 20-year-old daughter Breanna for free, nwfdailynews.com reported.
Melissa had taken the car in for repairs to the driver’s side, but she couldn’t afford to make repairs to the left rear panel, which had been badly dented when she purchased it.
When Fenders owner Bill Roberts heard about the situation from office manager Becca Mack, they resolved to help her. Together, they found a replacement door and a rear panel. They then buffed, painted and detailed the car.
