Ford Offering Rebates to Independent Shops

Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) has launched its 2009 Summer of Savings national rebate program for qualified shops.

The program offers rebates on Ford and Motorcraft parts valid May through August 2009. The rebates are available exclusively for independent repair facilities, body shops and fleets with in-house repair.

The program features:

• 24 offers worth more than $4,300 in savings for independent repair and body shops

• Unlimited Powertrain assembly savings for fleet repair facilities

• Rebates on many popular maintenance, light repair and seasonal repair parts that are frequently used at independent installers.

“The Summer of Savings program is a win-win for independent installers and the vehicle drivers. The program extends money-saving rebates to our wholesale and aftermarket partners, who install quality parts on their customers’ vehicles,” said Dan Bielik, Cross Channel Marketing Manager, FCSD.

To redeem Summer of Savings rebates:

• Purchase an eligible Genuine Ford or Motorcraft part from a Ford or Lincoln Mercury Dealership, Ford Authorized Distributor, or auto parts store (a complete list of parts is available at www.motorcraft.com).

• Register and submit the claim by mail or online at www.motorcraft.com.

• Receive your check within six to eight weeks.
