Gullo Toyota Wins Third Toyota National Triple Crown Collision Repair Award

Honor marks second consecutive year Gullo has received this award.

Gullo, a Sherwin-Williams shop, first received this highest honor from Toyota Motor Sales USA in 2009 and again in 2012. The award is based on meeting Toyota’s highest standards for customer service and rigid criteria for productivity in numerous key areas of the collision business.

“As a group, the Toyota collision centers participating in the Toyota Certified Collision Center program excel in every measurable area including a high level of customer satisfaction,” said Travis W. Rice, Gulf States Toyota manager – collision operations. “For a dealership to be recognized as a leader in that prestigious group, not just once but for a third time, speaks volumes of the dedication of all Gullo team members, and the Gullo family leadership. All of us at Gulf States Toyota are very proud of the Gullo Collision Center achievement but more importantly, their commitment to taking care of Toyota customers at a time when they really need someone in their corner.”

Added Tony Gullo Jr., Gullo Toyota vice president and general manager, “We have a great team of employees led by our Collision Center Director Mike Cortez. I am so proud of them and their accomplishment. I think this award speaks volumes as to their dedication to customer satisfaction and their desire to be the leaders in the industry.”

Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes also extended congratulations to the shop.
