H&V Collision Partners with Independent Quality Verification Specialist to Expand and Ensure Customer Satisfaction

New York’s H&V Collision Centers says it has taken steps to ensure customer confidence and quality, bringing aboard VeriFacts Automotive to provide independent, third-party verification and review of work and repairs at all three H&V locations.

In partnering with VeriFacts, H&V says it is the first repair facility in the Capital District to contract with an independent quality verification specialist to maintain quality and satisfaction.

VeriFacts Automotive, based in Newport Beach, Calif., is the collision industry’s only independent on-site quality verification service. VeriFacts utilizes technology and other review methodology to subject shops to rigorous quality review and evaluation.

Independent surveys have rated H&V with a customer satisfaction rating of over 97 percent. The goal is to improve on that already rating through the partnership with VeriFacts Automotive, said H&V’s Vartan Jerian Jr.

“We have very high standards for collision repairs. But our partnership with VeriFacts Automotive will raise the bar even higher and make H&V even more responsive and more accountable to the customers who we serve,” said Jerian.

All three H&V locations, including shops in Troy, Queensbury and Colonie, have enrolled in the VeriFacts VQ (Verified Quality) Program.

The partnership with VeriFacts is the most extensive effort by H&V to ensure customer confidence, H&V says.

The presence of VeriFacts Automotive will also assist H&V in meeting the exacting standards by vehicle manufacturers, the company noted.

“Thanks to VeriFacts, H&V will be able to get quality assessments and progress reports about repair work and ensure that everything is done to manufacturer specifications and meets the wishes of our customers,” said Jerian.
