What is a solid target parts/labor sales dollar figure a body shop estimator should write each month?

The answer has a lot of "that depends" in it – depends on who is handling parts, if you’re a DRP or non-DRP shop, labor rate, etc.
As a general guide, a good estimator can process $120,000 per month, but that is very general. I’ve seen estimators process more than $200,000 per month, and I’ve seen others get overwhelmed doing $80,000 per month.
