I-CAR Offers Training Bundle Promotion

Limited-time price for two Intro to Collision Repair courses now available.

I-CAR has premiered an exclusive limited-time promotional offer on two all-new “training bundles” from the Intro to Collision Repair series. The exclusive training bundles are specifically tailored to employee career paths in the insurance and collision repair segments.

“Providing staff with foundational knowledge on the repair process can have a positive impact on everyone involved – from the customer, to the repairer or insurer, to the business,” said Elise Quadrozzi, I-CAR director, segment development – insurance.

The Intro to Collision Repair Series provides a foundational understanding of critical business processes for  collision repair and insurance businesses, including an overview of vehicle parts and terminology, reading damage reports, and repair and refinishing processes. Professionals working in roles such as entry-level claims adjusters, call center staff, front office support, and career and technical school students can benefit from this training.

“When your entire staff is trained, they can work together more productively, which can directly impact KPIs and CSI scores,” said Quadrozzi.

Both training bundles are comprised of eight of the most commonly taken courses by the insurance and collision repair segments and include one of I-CAR’s most popular courses at no cost. Training bundles are $273 each and only available at this promotional price for a limited time.

Each online course takes approximately one hour to complete and is available on-demand. There is no expiration date once the bundle has been purchased and courses are available for viewing any time in the myI-CAR account.
