Jerry’s Body Shop Joins I-CAR Ed Foundation’s Industry Leadership Circle

Jerry’s Body Shop Inc. in Mankato, Minn., is the first single-location collision repair facility in 2009 to join the I-CAR Education Foundation’s new Industry Leadership Circle through a donation to the Collision Repair Education Campaign.

The Industry Leadership Circle distinguishes corporations, businesses and individuals who make a financial commitment to the future of the collision industry by annually donating above a certain amount, dependent on the donor’s industry segment. Jerry’s Body Shop has joined the Industry Leadership Circle through its $1,000 donation to the Collision Repair Education Campaign, meeting the threshold for a single-location collision repair facility.

This donation will provide scholarships and program grants. To date, the I-CAR Education Foundation has awarded over $500,000 in scholarships and grants.

“The Industry Leadership Circle recognizes both nationally and locally, donors making significant investments in collision repair students and schools,“ said Scott Kruger, I-CAR Education Foundation Executive Director.  “Having collision repairers like Jerry’s Body Shop taking the lead in this new initiative is a very positive step toward developing the next generation of industry employees.”
