K & M Collision Posts Another YouTube Video on Steering

Video tells the story of a woman who was steered to one of her insurer's preferred shops and then had to take the car back four times due to problems.

K & M Collision has posted yet another video on YouTube called “Insurance Tactics Exposed” telling the story of one of their customers who says she was coerced to take her car to one of her insurer’s “preferred” shops and had to take it back four times due to it “not driving the same” and “making noises it never made before.” She took the car to K & M Collision for a post-repair inspection and discovered it actually was a total loss.
