“We’re looking forward to our auto repair partners becoming certified and achieving insurance Gold Class designation for collision repair facilities,” said John Potratz, Kemper’s director for material damage claims. “We selected partners who meet standards we identified for quality, efficiency and timely repair. In their pursuit of Gold Class designation, we believe they can improve their profitability, reduce their cycle time and improve customer satisfaction.”

Added Elise Quadrozzi, I-CAR’s segment director for insurance, “The synergy that’s possible between an insurance provider like Kemper and its direct repair program partners is significant.
