Kemper Achieves I-CAR Insurance Gold Class Corporate Status

Insurer is now encouraging its Clear Choice Claim Service Direct Repair Program partners to pursue Gold Class status for their collision repair facilities.

I-CAR has recognized Kemper as an Insurance Gold Class business at the corporate level. Now, Kemper is encouraging its Clear Choice Claim Service Direct Repair Program partners to pursue Gold Class status for their collision repair facilities.

“We’re looking forward to our auto repair partners becoming certified and achieving insurance Gold Class designation for collision repair facilities,” said John Potratz, Kemper’s director for material damage claims. “We selected partners who meet standards we identified for quality, efficiency and timely repair. In their pursuit of Gold Class designation, we believe they can improve their profitability, reduce their cycle time and improve customer satisfaction.”

Added Elise Quadrozzi, I-CAR’s segment director for insurance, “The synergy that’s possible between an insurance provider like Kemper and its direct repair program partners is significant. Benefits can be gained from material damage appraisers learning advance repair methods and processes, especially in terms of customer satisfaction – arguably the most valuable metric for a service company.”
