Kirmac Collision to Expand Operations in British Columbia Market Following Sale of U.S. Locations

MSO currently operates 12 service repair locations throughout the Lower Mainland, and plans to open its 13 location in Maple Ridge in March 2015.

Following the recent sale of its 12 locations in Washington State to Service King Collision Centers, Kirmac Collision plans to significantly increase its presence throughout British Columbia.

Kirmac Collision currently operates 12 service repair locations throughout the Lower Mainland. In March 2015, Kirmac Collision will open its 13th location in Maple Ridge.

“Over the next five years, our goal is to double the size of our BC operations,” said Ian McIntosh, founder and CEO of Kirmac Collision. “We believe there is tremendous potential in this market to continue expanding our business around the Lower Mainland and into other regions of the province.”

Based in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Kirmac Collision Services is a family owned and operated collision repair company originally founded in 1973 by Ian McIntosh. In 2000, Kirmac expanded its platform into Washington State, becoming a major player in that market and opening a total of 12 locations before being acquired by Service King in November 2014.

Kirmac Collision is also proud to support the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation through its Kirmac Cares for Kids charitable program. Since 2011, Kirmac has donated more than $600,000 to the foundation and is helping to make a difference in the care provided to children at BC Children’s Hospital.
